Us
Since 1923, Jay's
grandfather, Sylvan Einstein who was a pioneer in business continuity planning,
traveled across the country speaking to small closely held business planners.
In 1947, Jay's dad,
Bernard Einstein, continued the quality service of our firm to business owners
as well.
In 1973, Jay joined
the firm and continued the tradition of “service beyond the contract” to our
loyal clients. Today, we are not only proud to serve many third generation
clients, but we have broadened our services to include fringe benefit plans,
group life, health dental, disability and long term care
insurance.
Our staff is prepared to service all aspects of
these lines from enrollments and terminations to claims resolution and billing
questions. Our clients have come to expect us to shop the business on plan
anniversaries to determine the competitive nature of the carriers as well as
help them plan for the implementation of new fringe benefits to satisfy the
demands of their employees.
We take particular
pride in our ability to resolve questions and complaints regarding claims
resolution so as not to detract employees and employers from their primary goal
of productivity and profitability in their own businesses.
